Struggling with the New Year

Sat Feb 18, 2006, 2:56 AM
I am hoping that my new year will go off better than last years. I am hoping that I will have the courage to change my iife instead of complain about my current existance.
I am hoping i will be able to have to guts to challenge stupidity and ignorance and bigotry where i see it.
I am hoping that people will stop hating people who are different from themselves.
I am hoping that I will learn not to absorb other people's fears into my own psyche.
I am hoping to be healthier.

Dying Idealist, lightly basted with cynicism, I feel sorry for the ill winds of the world-- the hatred of peoples, the loss of joy and love. The embrace of rampant commercialism of everything we see.
Art saves me from suicide
